These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of insurewithriley.com (the "Site") and any services, communications, or quote requests provided by Riley Packer ("Riley," "we," "us," or "our"), an independent insurance agent affiliated with Canyon State Insurance. Riley operates his business under Packer Venture LLC, the entity holding his business EIN for tax and payment processing purposes. By accessing the Site, submitting a form, or otherwise communicating with us, including via SMS text message, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

1. Who We Are

Quotes are estimates and may change based on underwriting review, carrier guidelines, and the accuracy of the information you provide.

As an independent insurance broker, Canyon State Insurance compares coverage options across multiple carriers but does not guarantee approval, specific rates, or specific terms from any carrier.

4. Consent to Be Contacted, Including by SMS

By submitting your phone number through our Site, including by checking the applicable consent checkbox, you expressly consent to be contacted by Riley Packer / Canyon State Insurance by phone, email, and SMS text message at the number provided, including by automated means, regarding your inquiry, quote requests, appointment reminders, and related account communications.
